THE BEACHES OF THE LAKE
You just have to cross the park and the car park to reach Albigny beach.
The beach possesses sand and grass.
At 150 meters you can go to the Imperial beach. On an area of 17,000 m², you will find abeach with supervised swimming, a paddling pool, a water slide, beach volleyball courts, badminton, ping-pong tables…. Thereby that one private beach of fine sand with mattresses and beach bar.
In the direction of Sévrier and at 10 minutes by bike you can go to theMarquisats beach.
In the direction of Veyrier and 10 minutes by bike, you will find the beachof the plantor theBrown.
The Albigny district is undoubtedly the most pleasant district of Annecy (and moreover the most sought after!!)
It is a real small village with all the necessary shops:
50 meters from the apartment: the Pan et Gato bakery is a must in the Annecy bakery

A few meters further you have the Pâtissier Chocolatier Pierre Agnellet (several national awards which earned him the choice of the Elysée and President Macron for his 40th birthday)

Opposite the Brasserie du Parc, a very lively bar and restaurant for eating and having a drink until late at night:

You also have another bar/restaurant opposite, and we recommend the pizzeria Pulito
http://pulito.fr/ (all my friends swear by their pizzas…)
You will also find groceries, fruit and vegetables (cherry and pumpkin)… as well as a very good butcher's shop (La Boucherie Veyrat)
A little further on, we recommend the Alain Michel cheese dairy, certainly the most famous cheese maker in Annecy (we recommend its famous ready-made and therefore unmissable cheese fondue)

You will also find a small Casino supermarket, a tobacco shop and several banks
For your stay:
The nearest beach is therefore in front of the apartment: go through the small gate, cross the road, the field, then the car park and you will arrive on the road which runs along the lake.
Albigny beach enjoys one of the most beautiful views (lake and mountain in the background)
It is shaded and has either grass or sand
Then towards Annecy you will see the Imperial Palace
The building is beautiful and the brasserie restaurant is good value for money

You will then have a 10-minute walk along the lake, along the prestigious Avenue d'Albigny to access the center of Annecy where you will find many shops (rue Carnot...) then the old town (very nice in the evening to eat an ice cream for example…)
